Abstract/Citation
Provides that the employment market subsidy shall secure the income of unemployed persons while they are seeking employment and participate in manpower policy measures and thereby promote and improve possibilities for unemployed persons to return to the employment market. Employment market subsidy is paid by the State. Also provisions in respect to promotion of employment, vocational training, vocational guidance, eligibility for receiving employment market subsidy, length of period for receiving employment market subsidy, payment of employment market subsidy and appeal.
