Abstract/Citation
Female employees must not work during the night which is defined as from 20 to 6 o'clock. Exempted from this basic regulation are such branches as those dealing with perishable goods and employees working in social and religious areas. In addition to this basic provision section 4 of this Act enumerates further exceptions. Consolidated text. Original Act in: LS 1969-Aus. 3.
