REPEALED BY L.N. 144 of 2016

Provides that only officers and ratings who are qualified in accordance with the Regulation may perform duties in connection with cargo or cargo equipment. It is an offence for a master or employer to permit an unqualified employee to handle cargo or cargo equipment.
