Second Region

Specifies the types of misconduct which constitute disciplinary offences aboard Hong Kong ships. Prescribes the procedure to be followed in dealing with disciplinary offenses (ss. 6, 7 and 8), and fines which may be imposed. Also provides for complaints to be made to the Superintendent of the Mercantile Marine Office by seafarers who are dissatisfied by procedures followed regarding disciplinary offences.
