Inter alia, provides for the conditions on which effect may be given to protected rights of a member of a scheme on winding up by means of an appropriate policy of insurance. Prescribes the requirements which an insurance must satisfy as well as conditions which insurance policies must meet before they can be surrendered or commuted.
