In addition to the introduction of a waiting day in relation to illness during which daily cash benefits are not payable (new section 30b), this Act introduces numerous amendments, including a repeal of sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 13-16, 18, 23-29 and 34 and the introduction of a new section 30b.
