Abstract/Citation
Ce texte réforme en profondeur le droit du travail guinéen et abroge le Code du Travail institué par la loi no 1/AN 60 du 30 juin 1960 (SL 1960 - Gui. 1). Sommaire : Livre I : emploi (contrat de travail; apprentissage; formation professionnelle, cessation de la relation de travail). Livre II : conditions de travail (durée du travail et congés; protection de la santé des travailleurs; salaire). Livre III : représentation des partenaires sociaux (unions patronales; organisations syndicales, représentation syndicale dans l'entreprise, commission consultative). Livre IV : conventions et conflits collectifs. Livre V : administration et juridiction du travail. Les décrets et arrêtés d'application seront pris dans le délai d'un an suivant la promulgation.
