Second Region

Prolongs opening hours of certain shops, including bakeries. Inserts a new section which allows regional governments to extend opening hours of shops until 20h if over 50 per cent of a community commutes to work and thus requires longer shopping hours. Longer business hours shall also be possible for shops which employ not more than two members of the shop owner's family.
