Further amends the Industries (Development and Regulation Act (No. 65 of 1951) in particular by inserting a definition of "small scale industrial undertaking" and by setting forth measures the Central Government may take to promote such undertakings. Repeals the Industries (Development and Regulation) Amendment Ordinance 1984.
