This Resolution is based on Section 26 of Legislative Decree No. 15 of 1979 concerning the Civil Service, Section 88 of the Decree of 4 April 1979 concerning Civil Service Regulations and the several resolutions passed by the Civil Service Council from 1981 until 1986 concerning commercial and industrial business that may be carried out by civil servants.
