Provides for two pilot schemes which modify certain jobseeking regulations in the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/207). Also provides for full-time students to whom the Regulations apply to be treated in the same way as students for the purpose of entitlement to housing benefit and council tax benefit.
