Creates the Motor Industry Pension Fund to provide pension adn death benefits to auto workers. Regulates the management of the fund through a management committee to be composed of workers' and employers' representatives. Sets terms of office for council members and procedures with repespect to vacancies. Regulates council meetings. Provides for membership in the fund as well as for deductions and contributions.
