Governs the organization and operation of the Vietnam Health Insurance, which was established under Government Decree No. 58/1998/ND-CP of 13 August 1998. Chapter II sets forth the tasks and powers of the Vietnam Health Insurance and Chapter III the rights and duties of the General Director and his/her assisting staff. Chapter IV deals with health insurance of provinces and centrally-run cities, and health insurance of branches.
