El numeral 3) del artículo 541 del Código Procesal Civil adquiere la siguiente redacción:"3) Se interponga dentro de los 30 (treinta) días de notificada la resolución impugnada de acuerdo a Ley, o en el mismo plazo, producido el silencio administrativo de conformidad con los dispositivos vigentes."
