Deals with various aspects of imprisonment. Chapter 1 makes provision for administration and inspection of penal institutions, including disciplinary penalties. Chapter 3 deals with work of prisoners, wages and occupational accidents. S. 49 provides that prisoners shall not be employed on feast days and on official occasions except for the necessary tasks required by the prison institution. According to s. 50, the chief of the prison institution shall specify the kind of work to be undertaken by prisoners after carrying out the necessary medical examinations.
