Part II defines acts of terrorism and related offences, such as support for terrorists, harbouring of terrorists, obstruction of terrorist investigations etc. Part III provides for seizure and detention of terrorist cash and terrorist property; Part IV for mutual assistance and extradition. Part V regulates investigation into terrorist activities; Part VI deals with prosecution. Part VII contains miscellaneous provisions.
