Abstract/Citation
New law which sets rules for the operation of tourism services. Consists of six chapters, which, inter alia, define tourism, tourists, tourism service providers and guides. In addition, the law sets the procedure for licensing tour services, outlines the role of the government and its agencies in development of the tourism sector, and provides for certain tax incentives for the promotion of tourism.
