Abstract/Citation

Amends several sections, inter alia, ss. 7(1-5) (periods that women may take as maternity leave; parental leave periods for both men and women) and 10(1-5) (periods of notice to employer) of the Act (No. 895 of 2001). Amends several sections, inter alia, ss. 13 (conditions under which parents are entitled to birth allowances) and 14 (allowance conditions in case of adoption) of the Act (No. 147 of 2001).
