Made under Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998. Amends Workplace Compensation (General) Regulation 1995. Substitutes prescribed form setting out summary of claims and notice of injury requirements, and other information, required to be posted up at workplaces. Allows WorkCover authority to approve alternatives to prescribed form.
