Second Region

With this Law the Parliament of Latvia adopts the European Social Charter. Of the second part of the Charter the following paragraphs are binding for Latvia: 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17. Ministry of Welfare is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Charter.
