Act to harmonise national laws with EU law on night work. Repeals the Federal Act on Night Work for Women (BGBl. 1969, Act No. 237). Introduces a new chapter on night work in the Federal Act on Arrangement of Hours of Work (Arbeitszeitgesetz (AZG), BGBl. 1969, Act No. 461), the Federal Act on Bakery Workers (Bäckereiarbeiter/innengesetz BGBl. 1996, Act No. 410), and the Federal Act on Working Time in Hospital Complexes (Krankenanstalten-Arbeitszeitgesetz, BGBl.1997 I Act No. 8).
