Abstract/Citation
Deals with various aspects of civil service in Norway. Applies to all employees of Norwegian Civil Service; to senior civil servants only where expressly stated. Does not apply to ministers or state secretaries. Divided into 3 parts. Part 1 defines scope of act, and regulates appointment of civil servants. Part 2 provides for termination of service, disciplinary measures and dismissal. Part 3 contains miscellaneous provisions. Available in English.
