Abstract/Citation
Provides for equal pay to men and women at the same work or at work of equal value. Makes provision for protection of male and female employees in the event of offences, supervision by inspectors of equality of treatment, establishment of a Work Evaluation Committee, criteria for work evaluation, prerequisites for judicial and extrajudicial protection of employees, as well as penalties in the event of torts.
