Abstract/Citation
Provides for types of state social benefits and social assistance, persons entitled to receive social benefits and assistance, as well as responsibilities of state and local authorities in the provision of social assistance. Divided into 5 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-7) contains general provisions. Part 2 (s. 8-14) regulates procedure for provision of social assistance services. Part 3 (s. 16-31) provides for state social benefits. Part 4 (s. 32-41) deals with local authority providing social benefits. Part 5 (s. 46-49) regulates procedure for financing of social assistance, and also provides for Social Assistance Fund.
