Contains two sections, i.a. adding a new footnote to the title of the Act with references to EU Council Directive 2000/43/EC of 29 June 2000 implementing the principle of equal treatment between persons irrespective of racial or ethnic origin, and Council Directive 2000/78/EC of 27 November 2000 establishing a general framework for equal treatment in employment and occupation; further adds new ss. 1(2)-(5), 3(4), 5a, 5b, 7(2), 7a, 8a; amends, i.a., s. 6; repeals s. 2(4).
