Modifie les lois du 13 avril 1999 relatif au placement privé, du 4 août 1978 de réorientation professionnelle, du 30 juin 1971 relative aux amendes administratives applicables en cas d'infraction à certaines lois sociales et celle du 1er juillet 1963 portant instauration de l'octroi d'une indemnité de promotion sociale.
