In Act No. 1442 of 2004: amends numerous provisions, i.a., ss. 38 (right to investigate the child's or young person's conditions), 40 (measures of help), 42a (placement outside the home), 46 (end of measures), 58a (plan of action for young drug abusers); inserts, i.a., a new s. 36a; repeals ss. 45(4)(3) and 60(3).
In Act No. 72 of 2004: amends, i.a., s. 11c(1)(1); s. 72(1) is repealed and replaced by new wording.
