Abstract/Citation
Provides for legal and social principles and guarantees of State support to orphans and children deprived of parental care. Defines the status of the children concerned, measures of social protection to be taken (minimum income, housing, minimum medical care), financing sources and social services involved.
Also deals with job placement (Section 23) and social-occupational rehabilitation (Section 27).
