Amends ch. 9, s. 3(1) (employer's duty to inform employee as early as possible about grounds for termination of employment); adds to ch. 7, a new s. 12 (employee's right to participate in development of occupation plan in case of termination of employment) and to ch. 9, new ss. 3a and 3b (duties of employer in connection with termination of employment).
