Second Region

Sets out the legal framework of the structure, functions and the personnel of the Agency of Disabled Persons. The Agency shall maintain a database for disabled persons, maintain a special register of specialized enterprises of disabled persons, give permission for the production, sale, import and maintenance of equipment and other means of assistance for the disabled (art. 3).
The Agency shall also elaborate programmes and finance projects for the social integration of disabled persons, and participate and give opinion on the elaboration of laws and regulations with regard to disabled persons.
