Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (No. 113, 2005).
Abstract/Citation
The object of the Act is to improve workplace relations practices in the building and construction industry. The Act was adopted in 2005 and the title changed in the consolidated version of the Act in adopted in 2012.
