Second Region

The Act deals with matters consequential on the enactment of the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005. In particular, it makes the necessary amdments to the Workplace Relations Act 1996; the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977; the Jurisdiction of Courts (Cross-vesting) Act 1987; and the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
