Act No. 7 of 1981: Amends, i.a., ss. 38 (parental responsibility following death), 43 (extent of access), 48 (child's best interest), 54 (certificate of mediation), 80 (application for reimbursement of child allowance in case of change of paternity); adds new s. 60a.
Act No. 4 of 2002: Amends, i.a., s. 9(5).
