Abroge la loi n° 1460-XII du 25 mai 1993.
Titre I: Dispositions générales

Titre III: Travail de prévention dans les groupes à risque
Titre IV: Assistance bénévole et tests
Titre V: Soins et traitement
Titre VI: Interdiction de toute discrimination
Titre VII: Accès à l'assistance juridique des personnes vivant avec le VIH/SIDA et leur responsabilité
Titre VIII: Prévention des infections nosocomiales
Titre IX: Dispositions transitoires et finales
Interdit expressément toute discrimination sur le lieu de travail (art. 22).
