Abstract/Citation
Re-enacts Parts I and II of the Family Law Act 1991. Reforms the law relating to children and provides for social services for children in danger and in need. Provides for the regulation of children's homes, fostering, child minding and day care and makes new provision for human fertilisation, embryology and surrogacy.
