Amends chapter 34 (offences involving public danger), section 9 a and 13, chapter 35 section 2 (1) of the Act No. 769 of 1990 and chapter 38, section 10 (2) of the Act No. 1118 of 2001. Introduces a new section 9 b to chapter 34.
Introduces a new (3) to chapter 35, section 5 and a new section 8 (offences involving material damage).
Adds a new (2) to chapter 38 (information and communication offences), section 5, and a new (2) to chapter 38 section 6, and a new (2) for chapter 38, section 7.
Introduces new sections 7 a, 7 b, 8 a (modifying the former section 8 a to read as 8 b) and 12 for chapter 38, and a new section 7 for chapter 49 (infringement of certain immaterial rights).
