Abstract/Citation
Amends the Special Pensions Act, 1996, so as to define and further define certain expressions. Extends the right to a pension to persons 30 years of age, but not yet 35 years of age, on 1 December 1996. Also extends the surviving spouse's pension, orphan's pension and funeral benefit to certain persons. Regulates the administration of the Act and amends Schedule 3 to the Act.
