Determines the minimum wage for shop workers. There are eight grades in the wages table going from grade I [K268,800 per month] to grade VIII [K800,000 per month]. Also sets out hours of work, overtime, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, funeral benefits, retirement benefits, redundancy pay, medical discharge, summary dismissal, subsistence allowance, upset allowance, protective clothing, tool allowance, housing allowance, machine allowance, transport allowance, lunch allowance and repatriation allowance.
