El nuevo ingreso mínimo minero que se establece no podrá ser inferior al monto que resulte de aplicar un 25 por ciento adicional al ingreso mínimo legal vigente. Son acreedores al mismo los trabajadores empleados y obreros de la actividad minera, incluido el personal que labore a través de contratistas y subcontratistas.
