Following negotiations with the National Employment Council, this Order amends articles 1-4, 6-7, 9, 12-13, 31, 37 and 39-41 to incorporate provisions of the amended Unemployment Insurance Act (No. 478 of 2009) concerning conditions for the right to unemployment benefits.
Repeals article 42.
