Amends the Labour Code by repealing paragraph (g) of section F3 and substituting it with a new text:
"(g) a national of a Member State who has been granted entry into Antigua and Barbuda in accordance with section 4 or section 5 of the Caribbean Community Skilled Nationals Act, 1997."
