Amends the Social Code - Book IV:Article 7(b) value credit agreements; (c) use of credits; (d) implementation and management of credits. Also includes new subsections 7(e) bankruptcy protection; (f) transmission of credits; (g) report of the federal government. Also makes related amendments to the Social Code - Books III and VI.
