Article 1. The following sections of Federal Act on Home Work has been amended:
§ 5. Notification when assigning homework
§ 8-18. Record of labour and delivery conditions
Authorities and procedures
§ 28-44. Duties of the Federal Conciliation Office and the Federal Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection
§ 46-49. Deposit and promulgation of homework contracts
§ 51-54. Information about fees
§ 73-74. Execution.
Article 2. Federal Act on the Labour Constitution and freedom of association:
§ 21 and § 27 of Federal Act on the Labour Constitution: the declaration of a collective agreement shall be made public in the Federal Law Gazette II (BGBL II).
