Amends section 37 and section 52 (2), section 65 p. 1 and 2, section 82 (3) respecting, inter alia, disability pension, right to specific growth rates, income as the basis for pension for the remaining time, qualified pension provider and reimbursement of pension disbursed unfounded.

Introduces a new section 147a respecting bankruptcy responsibility for pension insurance fees.
