Repeals section 12 (2).

Amends section 2, section 7 (1), section 8 (2), section 9 (1), section 10 (2), section 11, section 13 (2), section 16, section 17, section 22 (3), section 24 (1), section 25 (1), section 26 and section 26 respecting provisions for wage Guarantee. Section 24 (1) as amended by Act 1094/2006, section 26 as partially amended by Act 939/2004 and Act 365/2006, section 26a as amended by Act 365/2006.

Introduces To The Act new sections 8b and to section15 (as amended by Act 939/2004) a new (2) and (3).
