Abstract/Citation
Amends the National Insurance Act according to new regulations for old age pensions, specifically chapter 3, 12, 17-18 and 22 concerning, inter alia, survivors' benefits, spouse benefits, children benefits and disability benefits.
Amends chapter 19 and 20, as amended in Act (No. 32 of 2009) to amend the National Insurance Act, concerning survivors' benefits.
