Amends of the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237 dated 26.09.2004, Article 257 paragraph 1 (sentence "1 to 3 years" replaced by "6 months to 2 years") and paragraph 2 (sentence "6 months to 2 years" replaced by "three months to one year") and in paragraph 1 and 2, the word "earnings" replaced by "benefit; in paragraph 3, the sentence "1 to 3 years jail sentence and administrative fine up to 5000 days" replaces the words "in line with the provisions of paragraph 1".
