Lag (2010:1360) om ändring i fartygssäkerhetslagen (2003:364).
Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 5 article 9 and 22 (enforcement and inspections) and chapter 7 article 2, 6 and 7 (mandate of the Government or an authority appointed by the Government to issue manning and employment regulations).
Introduces a new article 16a to chapter 5 and a new title (reports from pilots and port owners).
