Lag (2010:1231) om ändring i arbetstidslagen (1982:673).
Abstract/Citation
Amends article 26 concerning employer's obligation to pay an overtime charge. The overtime charge shall equal one per cent of the base amount under the National Insurance Act (1962:381) applicable at the time at which the infringement was committed.
