Amends chapter 1 section 11 ss. 2, chapter 8 section 1 ss. 5 and section 6 ss. 3, chapter 17 section 18 ss. 1 and 4, section 19 and chapter 20 section 6 and 7, section 8a ss. 1, section 10 ss. 2 and section 11-13 (as amended by acts 563/1998, 650/2004, 1161/2005, 743/2006, 212/2008, 411/2011, 495/2011) respecting scope of the Penal Code of Finland, limitations, crimes against public order (possession and distribution of pornographic pictures) and sexual offenses.

Introduces to chapter 20 new sections 7a, 8b and 8c respecting the limitation provision, enticing of children for sexual purposes and visiting an entertainment facility including child pornography.
